A grey and white bobcat under a pine tree. This wild cat looks like he is stalking his prey. The predator instincts in these animals are very evident in the way they walk and move.

This is evidence that though this fell looks innocent he could certainly give a nasty bite in the event he got an opportunity of was provoked. These animals are rarely seen but live in the Dolly Sods Wilderness and similar areas in West Virginia.

A large brown and grey timber wolf sees or smells something in the Forest. He is looking hard in that direction. I am hiding in an area that he keeps walking past. If he knew I was where I am he would not be this close. These animals are very smart and excellent hunters in the wild.

Fisher Predator in the snow storm. Though this animal may look cute and cuddly, he is far from lovable. These animals have large sharp teeth for tearing meat. You would not want him nibbling on your hand with his teeth. They have a thick warm winter coat to keep them warm through harsh cold winters.

An otter sliding in the snow then he looks around. He knows someone is watching him but he is having fun playing in the snow anyway. These animals are very funny and remind me of a seal.

This is a buffalo in West Virginia. Compared to the others this one is not as big but nonetheless it is still a pretty large animal. Unfortunately these beautiful animals have been over hunted to near extinction. Another name for these are American Bison. There used to be millions of these animals across the Untied States.

Two large Elk Bulls fighting with their antlers. I did not want to get in their way so I kept my distance. These animals are huge and could do some major damage to even the biggest man. Evidently they are sparing to win the dominance in their herd.
