Cherry trees frame the Washington DC tidal basin with the Jefferson Memorial in the background. evening is approaching quickly so the photo exposure must be set to a longer period of time. The Cherry Trees are beautiful when in bloom during the spring.

Small Fragrant Flowers

Small fragrant flowers that I found in my flower garden from last year. I do not even remember planting these but they are very pretty small flowers and have a rose like fragrance. Very picturesque for photographing.

Bluestone Valley View

Looking across the Bluestone Lake valley from a remote mountain hilltop view. This is such a beautiful and serene place I would love to stay here all evening. Bluestone is a great place for fishing and just got back from fishing down below at bull falls camping area.

Cherry Tree Blossoms frame the Washington monument across the Washington DC tidal basin. The Cherry Tree Blossoms are an amazing sight to see during the festival. Although there are many people who visit the Cherry Blossom Festival it is well worth it to see all of the beautiful trees.

Cherry Blossom Lightning Washington Monument

The Washington monument is reflection upon the tidal basin during a nighttime lightning storm. The cherry blossom festival visitors have all went home after the lighting and thunder started providing an uninhibited evening cherry blossom photo opportunity.

Spring Flower Macro

A macro photograph of an already small spring flower. This little flower has a beautiful shape and design. The fragrance from it is amazing. I am hoping to get a better macro lens soon and the clarity will be even better.

Dandelion Macro

A dandelion flower in my yard with a yellow dandelion in the background. This one has not lost its seeds as of yet. Although these are pretty much a nuisance, nonetheless they are still pretty especially when you can capture them up close in detail.

Spring Flower Boquet

These are some flowers I planted last year, just because they were on sale, and I do not even remember what they are called. They have large clover like leaves and these little spring flowers have a very fragrant smell. For now I am going to call them a clover rose.

In a field of beautiful flowers. Some of the tallest wild flowers stand out so I have focused on these to capture their beauty. In this picture you will notice the purple wild flowers.

Spring Flowering Tree

A large flowering tree in the Spring time. Believe it or not, this tree is right in the middle of downtown. That is why I shot it so close. If the scenery and landscape were prettier I would capture the whole tree. But at least we can imagine our own scenery we would like to see around it.
