Scenic Winter Waterfall Scene

Standing on the side of this steep hill taking a picture of this roaring waterfall during a winter snow storm in late January. My son and I cleared trees and made our way through to this area during a snow storm so we could see these beautiful waterfalls during the winter snow storm. This is one of the largest waterfalls on this creek which pours into the New River Gorge.

Spring Azalea Flowers in a Dream

Azalea Flower Picture from a soft dream. These azaleas are from a flower garden in the spring time. The light purple color is unique to these types of azaleas and is rarely seen in other azalea flower beds in our area. This is a buffalo in West Virginia. Compared to the others this one is not as big but nonetheless it is still a pretty large animal. Unfortunately these beautiful animals have been over hunted to near extinction. Another name for these are American Bison. There used to be millions of these animals across the Untied States.

Beautiful Whitetail Buck Deer with a full set of antlers showing off his best profile shot. This was a very good looking healthy deer which obviously has been eating well. I don’t know if you have ever eaten venison but it is some of the most healthy meat that can be eaten. much better for you than beef.

Two large Elk Bulls fighting with their antlers. I did not want to get in their way so I kept my distance. These animals are huge and could do some major damage to even the biggest man. Evidently they are sparing to win the dominance in their herd.
