Fallsville Ohio Waterfalls. Beautiful waterfalls found in the Fallsville Wildlife Management area. There were many rain storms this day some which were significant. Pretty tough to take a decent picture in the pouring rain, but thankfully the Lord gave us a break in order to get some nice pictures of this waterfall.

Fallsville Waterfalls in the Fallsville Wildlife Area. These are beautiful waterfalls that are secluded in a remote area of southern Ohio. Everything has been washed clean from a recent thunderstorm.

Hidden deep in the Fallsville falls gorge you will find clear creek stream meandering through the forest. There was so many rain showers and lightning this day we almost did not hike to these falls. But thanks to a man who sells home made maple syrup who is a fellow Christian the Lord lead us to this wonderful hidden treasure in the middle of a nature preserve.

Field of SonFlowers found near Yellow Springs, Ohio on our way to visit and hike Clifton Gorge. Notice the busy bumble bees. This is an HDR composite image taken with separate depth of field or focus. One for the background and the other for the sonflower in the front. Isn’t the Lord and amazing artist, He loves flowers and decorates the earth with them allowing us to see and experience such beauty.

A very small spider hiding on these flowers caught my eye as we were walking through the woods. If you look closely you will see it has 4 eyes on top and I would imagine 4 eyes on the bottom.

Along a country road in the mountains of West Virginia a small country church is found along side a gentle flowing creek. Just after a winter snow storm the white winter background enhances the photo composition of this old fashioned pristine gospel church.

The Mountain tops are changing color in this autumn foliage picture of the Blackwater Canyon in West Virginia. Notice how the tops of the mountains are showing autumn color while the lower portions are still green. Not often this is captured in a single image.

As I stood in the middle of the creek attempting to capture the essence of the fall foliage and creek scenery I noticed this small leaf floating by. My desire was to capture the rocks under the water, the leaf and the fall foliage in the background. Doing all this while standing on a rock about 10 inches wide must have been funny to watch!

Autumn flowers blossom in this field of flowers from the late summer sunshine. An entire world of color and life can be seen in this small field of fall flowers.
