Click the image for Free Wallpaper or Free Background This is called Manila creek. This was taken in Putnam County West Virginia right after Sunday school. I could not pass up the opportunity to stop and take some nice shots of this local creek right after the biggest snow of the season.	Click the image for Free Wallpaper or Free Background This shot was taken about 2" from the water level this gives you a unique perspective of the creek from water level. This creek is about 20 feet wide but looks much larger in this photograph.	Click the image for Free Wallpaper or Free Background This is another shot taken at water level. The rocks that are right next to the camera are blurred out because of the focus. There is a neat effect given to the rippling water a bit down stream if you look for it. This is local to where I live so we drive out through here every so often. There is about 12 inches of snow on the ground here and more coming as I take this picture. This is a beautiful area and there are some other shots that are distributed throughout forest wander that detail this little trail that we hiked out. We really enjoyed this day hiking through the Forest and catching little glimpses of beautiful scenery such as this. It looks like it is going to rain so we better head on up the creek to where we can get some shelter.	Click the image for Free Wallpaper or Free Background The falls of hills creek area is a beautiful creek that meanders through the forest and has some spectacular water falls. It is one of the most gorgeous places on earth in my opinion. It is almost dark now and is a good time to take shots like this where the white water becomes fuzzy.	Click the image for Free Wallpaper or Free Background Here we are at Elakala falls this is just above the first waterfall as the water is picking up speed before tumbling over the edge of the waterfall. There is a lot of color throughout this creek from the abundance of moss. This photograph was taken in mid spring. What a perfect time for a visit.
